Level 1 Colour Therapy including Colour Personalities

The objectives of this course are as follows:

• To understand the basics of light and colour therapy in relation to health and wellbeing.
• To learn the nine-colour system and how the colours affect us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
• To gain a basic understanding of how to calculate your colour personality, inner child, skills and aspirations.

The course is run on Zoom in sessions of 2 hours in length.  You will be sent a workbook to help support you during and between sessions.  You will also receive 9 colour felts that will be used to help you get to know each colour.  These will be sent to you prior to the course.  There is also a certificate at the end of the course with a short quiz, just to remind you of what you have learnt.

Level 2 Deep Dive into Colour Therapy including Colour Personalities

The objectives of the course are as follows:

• To increase your knowledge about Colour Therapy and how to implement remote healing with colour.
• Creating colour meditations to support personal growth and those of others.
• To develop your Colour Reading skills so you can look more deeply into personality colours and give full colour readings including basic and transitional.
• To create colour sprays for rooms and aura which can be used in healing and wellbeing

The course is run on Zoom in sessions of 2 hours in length.  You will be sent a workbook to help support you during and between sessions.  You will also receive a torch and 7 colours to work with acupunture and marma points.  These will be sent to you prior to the course.  There is also a certificate at the end of the course with a short quiz, just to remind you of what you know.
