Training Course run for The Adur and Worthing Chamber Team
Using our colour system it is possible to reveal innate expertise in everyone’s personality. Colour is a powerful language that can be used to express these traits without judgement or control.
We ran a three hour session with Tina, Tracey and Lauren to get to see their colour personalities and how they worked together as a team. Each person has four colours which describe that of their daily skills and communication style along with their aspirations of learning and development.
The core personality is also revealed giving a much deeper understanding your reactions to situations that you face on a day to day basis and how others react to challenges and the support they can show you.
